"We have taken our pets to Bethany Family Pet Clinic since 2003. The staff is always friendly and professional and except with one exception many many years ago, we have had only great experiences with all of the veterinarians at this practice. I have recommended this practice to friends and family and will continue to do so. The only reason I changed my initial rating from five stars to four is because: 1. I have had to wait well past my appointment time on more than one occasion. This happened just yesterday. The vet was apologetic, but again, it has happened more than once, and 2. I was told I would get a phone call with an update on my pet's bloodwork and no call has come. I understand everyone is busy. But it might be better to give a range of time ("I will call in the next few days") Rather than give a specific time ("I will call you tomorrow"). Aside from these small details though, I appreciate all the people who work hard at the clinic, past and present."

Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
