Temporary Phone Service Interruption Notice
Over the next two weeks, Comcast will be performing service work that may cause intermittent phone outages at our clinic. During this time, calls may occasionally disconnect, or it may appear that the phone is ringing even though our team is unable to answer.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as Comcast completes these upgrades.
If you are unable to reach us by phone, please feel free to email us (staff.bfpc@gmail.com) or submit a request through our website, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency and you are unable to reach us,
please seek immediate veterinary care by contacting one of the following emergency hospitals:

Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency: (503) 629-5800
DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital: (503) 228-7281
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust as we work through these temporary service interruptions.

"I've been a client at Bethany Family Pet Clinic for over 20 years and can't praise them enough! The staff is extremely professional, caring, compassionate, and personable. Dr. Mark Norman is a remarkable doctor, and we feel very fortunate to have our dog in his care. That being said, ALL of the doctors and staff at the clinic provide the same high level of care. When our dog had to be put down during Covid, the clinic provided an outdoor tent and soft blankets for her to lay on. The family was allowed to be with her when she passed. We were outside in the sunshine and fresh air as we said goodbye to Inca. We were so grateful to BFP for this experience and will never forget their kindness and compassion."
